MOSCOW, Oct 16 (PRIME) -- Russia’s MOEX Russia Index rose 0.03% to 2,389.66 at 10:01 a.m. Moscow time on Tuesday, according to data of the Moscow Exchange.
The RTS remained flat at 1,146.68.
